Bicycle Traffic Infractions (S.690 A.706)

State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass bills, introduced by Senator Kruger, S.690, and Assembly Member Greene, et al, A.706, AN ACT to amend the vehicle and traffic law and the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the adjudication of traffic infractinos arising out of the operation of a bicycle.
