State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass a bill, introduced by Senator Vella, S5106, and "AN ACT to amend the tax law, in relation to requiring utilities to list gross receipts tax charged to customers on billings; the public service law, in relation to providing a benefit for ratepayers; and the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the gradual reduction of the gross receipts tax imposed by cities with a population of one million or more"
