State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass a bill, introduced by the Committee on Rules, A8124, "AN ACT to amend the tax law, the state finance law and the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to exempting certain products used for cleaning and maintaining the household and certain products used in maintaining personal hygiene, from the temporary municipal assistance sales and compensating use tax for cities of one million or more, dedicating revenues from certain taxes imposed by a city having a population of one million or more to the municipal assistance corporation, eliminating the expiration date applicable to certain taxes imposed by the city of New York, and to repeal section 4 of chapter 880 of the laws of 1975 amending the administrative code of the city of New York relating to the imposition of a sales tax on certain services in any city with a population of one million or more, in relation to the expiration thereof"
