Disability Retirement, Medical Review (S.7410)

State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass a bill, introduced by Senator Padavan, S7410, "AN ACT to amend the retirement and social security law, in relation to authorizing the board of trustees of the New York city employees' retirement system to adopt rules and regulations establishing a procedure for the medical review of determinations made by such retirement system on disability retirement applications filed by certain members who are subject ot article 15 of such law; and to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to authorizing the board of trustees of such retirement system to adopt rules and regulations permitting such retirement system to establish the panel of medical experts for the medical review procedure provided for in such code"
