State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York Stae Legislature to pass bills, introduced by Senators Maltese and Marchi, S6530 and Assembly Members Abbate, Jr., et al, A10144, "An Act to amend the retirement and social seciryt law and the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the establishment of twenty-year retirement programs for deputy sheriffs who are subject to articles 11 and 15 of such law; and in relation to providing for employer pick up, pursuant to provisions of the internal revenue code, of certain additional member contributions required to be made by certain participants in the twenty-year retirement programs."
