State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass a bill, introduced by Senators Maltese, Marchi, and Padavan, S4921, "An Act to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to declaring adult entertainment establishments, located within five hundred feet of residentially zoned property, a house of worship or a school, to be public nuisances."
