State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York Sate Legislature to pass bills, introduced by Senators Maltese, Hannon, Leibell, and Padavan, S1175-B and Assembly Member Seminerio, A1839-B, "AN ACT to amend the retirement and social security law and the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to permitting certian New York City correction members to borrow from their accumulalated member contributions and to repeal certain provisions of the retirment and social security law relating thereto."
