State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass bills, introduced by Senator Gentile, S2218, and Assemblyman Vitaliano, A3547, "AN ACT authorizing the city of New York to reconvey its interest in certain real property acuqired by in rem tax foreclosure in the borough of Staten Island to former owner Shimon Wolkowicki, without public auction and notwithstanding expiration of the two year period within which application and may be made to the city to release its interest in property thus acuqired; Block No. 3478, Lot No. 11 on tax map for the borough of Staten Island."
