State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass a bill, introduced by Assemblyman Genovesi, et al, A4380, "AN ACT in relation to requiring all cities having a population of one million or more which enforce their parking regulations by meanbs of the towing or impoundment of illegally parked motor vehicles by means of the towing or impoundment of illegally parked motor vehicles to accept credit cards or the most widely-used affiliated issuers in lieu of cash."
