State Legislation Resolution requesting the New York State Legislature to pass bills, introduced by Senator Trunzo, S3098, and Assemblyman Vitaliano, A5157, "An Act to amend chapter 570 of the laws of the 1992, amending the administrative code of the city of New York relating to pension benefits for certain members of the fire department pension plan in cases of disability retirement, in relation to accident disability benefits of members of the fire department pension fund acting out of title."
