State Legislation Resoltuion requesting the New York State Legislature to pass bills, introduced by Senator Goodman, et al, S6880, and The Committee on Rules, A10834, An Act to amend chapter 161 of the laws of 1970, relating to enabling any city having a population of one million or more to impose and collect taxes on the occupancy of hotel rooms in such city, and the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to exemptions from such taxes and to repeal subdivisions c and d of section 11-2502 of the administrative code of the city of New York, relating to exemptions from such taxes."
