CONTINUATION OF 2006-2009 RULES OF THE COUNCIL, AS AMENDED

By the Speaker: “Motion that pursuant to Section 46 of the New York City Charter, the 2006-2009 Rules of the Council as amended, be continued and in effect until new rules shall be adopted or said rules shall be otherwise amended or modified.” After the motion is seconded, the President Pro Tempore will state: “For this roll call, the question on the floor is whether the Council would agree with and adopt such a motion.” The President Pro Tempore will then state: “Will the Clerk call the Roll.” The President Pro Tempore will announce the results of the vote.
