By the Speaker (Council Member Quinn): Pursuant to Rule 11.20(b) of the Council and Section 20-225(g) of the New York City Administrative Code, the Council resolves that the action of the Department of Consumer Affairs approving an enclosed sidewalk café located at 523 9th Avenue, Community Board 4, Application 20105340 TCM shall be subject to review by the Council.
