Committee Creation

Section 7.00 of Chapter VII entitled Committees is hereby amended to read as follows: Public Safety - Police Department, Courts, [Fire Department/Emergency Medical Service,] District Attorneys, Special Narcotics prosecutor, [Legal Aid,] Civilian Complaint Review Board, [Department of Probation,] Investigation, [Correction,] Criminal Justice Coordinator [Coordinating Counhcil and policy and procedures relating to criminal justice]. [This committee shares jurisdiction over the Department of Juvenile Justice with the Committee on Youth Service.] Fire and Criminal Justice Services - Fire/EMS (non health related issues), Legal Aid, Department of Probation, Correction. This committee shares jurisdiction over the Department of Juvenile Justice with the Committee on Youth Services.
