Grafitti, Driver's License Prohibited (S.184 A.266)

Resolutoin calling upon the New York State Legislature to adopt A.266/S.184 "An Act to amend the vehicle and traffic law in relation to revoking and prohibiting the issuance of a driver's license to persons convicted of making graffiti."
