ATM, Surveillance Tapes Change
Resolution urging the State Legislature to amend the State ATM Safety Act so as to require financial institutions to change the tapes used in surveillance cameras every ten days, or alternatively, to permit New York City to amend its ATM security law to impose such a requirement, and to further require financial institutions to turn over surveillance tapes to law enforcement agencies upon their request.
