Reduction in the backlog of claims for benefits pending with the Dep't of Veterans Affairs

Resolution urging Congress to hold hearings regarding Senate Bill 1186 and House of Representatives Bill 1264, which provide for a reduction in the backlog of claims for benefits pending with the Department of Veterans Affairs, and calling upon Congress to adopt these bills as expeditiously as possible.
