Asthma Funds, Federal Action

Resolution supporting President Clinton's Child Care Initiative which includes funding to combat childhood asthma, and calls upon the President to consider the New York City Childhood Asthma Initiative developed by the Council and the City's Department of Health as an appropriate model to combat childhood asthma.
