Resolution supporting the efforts of New Yorkers for Smaller Classes, a coalition of parents, educators, advocates, unions and clergy, to reduce class sizes in New York City public schools, including their proposal to place a charter amendment on the ballot requiring that at least 25% of any funds from the Campaign for Fiscal Equity decision be used to lower class sizes in grades K-12 in City schools.
