A Resolution. in support of the Plaintiffs in the litigation captioned The United States of America v. The State of Arizona, Case No. CV 10-1413-PHX (SRB); in support of all branches of federal, state and local government using their power to oppose the Arizona law, including banning government employees from using public funds to travel to Arizona; and endorsing the Council's decision to file an amicus brief in support of the federal action at its discretion.
