Resolution in support of the passage of S1420 which would require the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation to conduct a feasibility study regulating air emissions from all sources at and around John F. Kennedy and LaGuardia Airports using the "bubble" methodology, incorporating the detailed information provided by the California South Coast Air Quality Management Plan.
