Mental Health Reinvestment Act, State Continue

Resolution strongly urging the State Legislature to pass A.678-A and S.4270-A, which would extend and enhance the original Community Mental Health Reinvestment Act for five years through State Fiscal Year 2003-2004 and increase the amount of State savings associated with closing each State-operated, non-geriatric adult inpatient bed by $3,000 to no less than $60,500 per bed.
