Standardized Essay Test, CUNY

Resolution reaffirming the decision of the Board of Trustees of the City University of New York to require all undergraduate students to pass a standardized essay test, and calling on all City colleges to recognize, embrace and advocate the importance of having graduating students be able to read and write English proficiently.
