Resolution pursuant to Section 19-511.1 of the Administrative Code of the city of New York to review the determinations by the Taxi and Limousine Commission to approve applications by Gold Class Radio Dispatcher Inc. of The Bronx an dT.J.'s Car Service Inc. of Staten Island for licenses to operate new base stations.
