Resolution pursuant to Section 19-511.1 of the Administrative Code of the City of New York to review an application by Finest Messenging Service, Inc., submitted as Finest Messinging Service, Inc., for renewal of a license to operate a base station, which appliction was approved by the Taxi and Limousine Commission.
