Health and Hospitals Privitization, Opposing

Resolution opposing the privatization of public hospital facilities, and calling for full funding of the Health and Hospitals Corporation, created as a public benefit corporation directly accountable to the public sector and as a guarantor of access to quality health car for all, including the poorest and sickest among us.
