Zoning, Permit Motels and Tourist Cabins

Resolution of the Land Use Committee approving the filing with the City Planning Commission (jointly with the Borough President of the Bronx) of an application for changes to the Zoning Resolution to create a new special permit for motels and tourist cabins located outside a 1,000 foot radius of the entrance or exit of a limited-access highway in certain zoning districts.
