Americans with Disabilities Act, 10th Anniversary

Resolution honoring the 10 year anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act and in particular, reaffirming the New York City Council's recognition of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act as vital to the continued progress of disabled New Yorkers.
