Resolution expressing continued opposition to the REAL ID Act of 2005, included as part of the Emergency Supplemental Appropriations Act passed by Congress and signed by President Bush in May 2005 and urging New York State to opt out of implementing the law’s provisions regarding issuance of driver’s licenses to immigrants.
