Enacting the New York city construction codes.

Resolution determining that the enactment of Proposed Int. No. 578-A, a Local Law to amend the New York city charter and the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to enacting the New York city construction codes and repealing chapter 1 of title 26 of the administrative code, sections 27-106, 27-118.1, 27-124, 27-125, 27-126, 27-127, 27-128, 27-129, 27-130, 27-131, 27-132, 27-133, 27-134, 27-135, 27-136 and 27-137 of the administrative code, articles 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14,15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 27 of subchapter 1 of chapter 1 of title 27 of the administrative code, subchapter 19 of chapter 1 of title 27 of the administrative code and chapters 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of title 28 of the administrative code, will not have a significant adverse impact on the environment and is consistent with the state environmental quality review act.
