Resolution denouncing the United Nations' decision to hold the opening session of the annual General Assembly debate on Judaism's holiest day, Yom Kippur, and to support United States President William Jefferson Clinton's decision to delay his remarks to the United Nations General Assembly's annual debate until after the Yom Kippur holiday.
