English Only Movement, Denouncing

Resolution by the Council of the City of New York declaring New York City to, officially, be a multilingual, as well as a culturally and racially diverse, city, and rejecting and denouncing the 'English Only Movement' and any other reactionary legislative initiatives designed to curb the rights of linguistic minorities.
