Condemning the violence against the people of Israel.

Resolution condemning the violence against the people of Israel and the State of Israel, and calling upon Palestinian Authority Chairman Yasir Arafat to seize the moment and call upon the Palestinians to cease and desist from perpetrating aggressive acts of hatred and terrorism and promote a unified effort to control the urges of war and foster peace and cohesion in the State of Israel.
