India, Nuclear Explosion Condemning

Resolution condemning India for conducting nuclear weapons tests and calling upon its government to immediately sign the nuclear "Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty" without conditions, and supporting the imposition of related economic sanctions on India by President Clinton.
