Resolution commending Reverend Jesse Jackson and an interfith delegationof American religious leaders for negotiating the release from Yugoslavia on May 2, 1999 of the American soliders, Specialist Steven Gonzales, Staff Sergeant Andrew Ramirez, and Staff Sergeant Christopher Stone, and for calling for an end to the "cycle of violence" in the NATO bombing campaign and the Serb violence against ethnic Albanians in Kosovo.
