Juvenile Justice Measures, Reject

Resolution claling upon the House-Senate Conference committee to temper the juvenile justice measures attached to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children reauthorization bill and calling upon both Houses of Congress to reject the most punitive juvenile crime bill in the last 25 years.
