Resolution calling upon the United States Senate to recognize the genius of our Constitution and the wisdom of its authors, who provided us with legal mechanisms that permit the nation to heal itself with justice and grace, and to resolve the impeachment process quickly in a firm, fair way, that is untainted by partisan advantage, by censuring President William Jefferson Clinton.
