Hudson River Reassessment

Resolution calling upon the United States Environment Protection Agency (USEPA) to expedite the completion of its Hudson River Reassessment currently being conducted under the federal Superfund Law and to urge the USEPA to propose a Hudson River remediation plan and issue a Record of Decision before the end of the year 2000.
