Water Filtration Avoidance

Resolution calling upon the United States Congress to enact H.R. 1284, which would amend the Safe Drinking Water Act to allow any public water system supplied by surface water sources to apply for a filtration avoidance determination based on information, technology, or evidence that was not available prior to the expiration of an earlier application period.
