Cuba Embargo, Allow Sale and Export Food etc.
Resolution calling upon the United States Congress to support the passage of H.R. 1951, called the Cuban Humanitarian Trade Act, sponsored by Representative Torres, which would amend the existing legislation which promulgates the basic tenets of the embargo against Cuba so as to allow the sale and export of food, medical supplies, medical instruments or medical equipment to that country.
