Cuba, Embargo Repeal
Resolution calling upon the United States Congress to repeal the embargo against Cuba by supporting H.R. 284, known as the Cuba Reconciliation Act introduced by Representative Jose Serrano of New York, which would repeal the Cuba Democracy Act of 1992 and the Cuban Liberty and Democratic Solidarity Act of 1996 which legislate the basic tenets of the embargo.
