Vehicular Safety, Enhance

Resolution calling upon the State Legislature and Governor Pataki to undertake further initiatives to enhance vehicular safety on the State's roads and highways, including enacting aggressive driving legislation, strengthening drunk driving standards and encouraging enforcement of the State's seat belt laws.
