Traffic, Camera at Intersections

Resolution calling upon the State Legislature to enact legislation authorizing the City to install cameras at intersections throughout New York City to photograph vehicles to assist in penalizing motorists who obstruct traffic at intersections in violation of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law and the Traffic Rules and Regulations of the City of New York.
