Insurance Surcharges Used For Anti-Theft Programs
Resolution calling upon the State Legislature to change New York State's Motor Vehicle Theft and Insurance Fraud Prevention Fund, mandating that all the private insurance policy surcharges be used by the state police for definite anti-theft programs and requiring that all of the commercial insurance policy surcharges be spent in the fiscal year collected for local auto anti-theft programs.
