Noise, Automobile Horns
Resolution calling upon the State Legislature to amend section 1404 of the New York City Charter to provide authorization for service of a notice of violation by mail for unreasonable noise created by the use of an automobile horn or to provide authorization for the City of New York to enact such a local law.
