Beer or Wine Cooler Sale Hours

Resolution calling upon the State Legislature to amend the Alcohol Beverage Control Law of the State of New York to allow the New York City Alcoholic Beverage Control Board to limit the hours during which off-premises licenses may sell beer or wine cooler products within the city of New York.
