City Airports, Flights Not Increased

Resolution calling upon the President of the United Stats, the United States Secretary of Transportation and Congress not to authorize an increase inthe number of flights at New York City airports until the potential adverse impacts of those flights on noise levels have been analyzed and solutions devised.
