Resolution calling upon New Yorkers to express their unhappiness over the recent movie theater ticket price increase by using their independent judgement in considering alternative entertainment on Friday nights, a popular movie night in New York City; and calling upon video rental businesses and other providers of entertainment to offer alternatives at reasonable prices during this time of soaring moving ticket prices.
