Resolution calling upon the New York State Legislature to pass and the Governor to sign legislation that would amend the state Public Authorities Law by requiring members of the New York City Water Board to maintain residency in the City of New York, give each Borough President one appointment to the Board, and require that at least one of the Mayor’s appointees be a single-family home owner.
