Amend its Adult Protective Services regulations.

Resolution calling upon the New York State Office of Children and Family Services to amend its Adult Protective Services regulations to require local social service districts to file any motions and submit any necessary paperwork that is required to obtain services for an individual, within sixty days of the completion of the assessment plan.
